What is the membership points program? |
 |
The points program is designed to reward our members for maintaining regular workouts. Motivation plays an important role in an exercise program, and we want you to be successful in reaching your fitness goals. In a nutshell, you earn points by working out, and you can redeem those points for cool prizes like workout gear, Pro Shop products, and even free extensions (up to a year!) to your membership. |

How do I earn points for working out? |
 |
If you work out for 30 to 59 minutes on Monday through Thursday, you earn 15 points. If you work out for 60 or more minutes, you earn 30 points. On weekends (Friday through Sunday) those workout points double: to 30 and 60 points, respectively. Simply check into the club like you normally do, complete your workout, and then tell the receptionist as you leave that you want to clock out. |

How else can I earn points? |
 |
You can also earn points be referring a friend who becomes a member, and by rejoining yourself when it's time for your membership to renew, or by upgrading your membership to VIP status. Check with one of the fitness consultants on your next visit to find out how many points you can earn this way. |

What can I get with my points? |
 |
We also have various workout gear on display in each of our fitness centers, such as gym bags, sweatshirts, t-shirts, workout gloves, fleece jackets, and other items. (Inventory is subject to change and availability.) There are also some items available from the Pro Shop. Each item is worth a certain amount of points, and the current list is available in the clubs and on the web site. |
