	The preferred method for making your monthly payment is to let your bank make the payment for you by setting up an EFT automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. 	How do I take advantage of the automatic payment option?

	How do I make changes to the Automatic Payment Plan?
	Please call the toll free number at Paramount 1-800-748-4949 and you will be asked to give us your new checking account, or other account number, as well as the routing number.
	I am moving out of town. What are my options with my membership?
	Call Paramount's toll free number 1-800-748-4949 and we will check our list of affiliated clubs and give you the address and phone number of the location near your new residence. If there is no club in your new area, you will be instructed to follow the simple cancellation procedures outlined in your contract.
	I paid in full for my membership when I purchased it and I am now being transferred out of town. What are my options?
	Please call our toll free number 1-800-748-4949 so we can check the list of affiliated clubs in your new area and give you that information. If there is no club in the new area, you may have a prorated refund coming back.
	I have a medical condition that permanently prevents me from using the fitness center. What should I do?
	Your contract outlines the conditions and requirements for medical cancellation. Please review the information and call us toll free at 1-800-748-4949.
	My name, address, telephone number, or personal information has changed. How do I update my record with the fitness center?
	Call Paramount's toll free number 1-800-748-4949 and our customer service representatives will take the new information from you.
